From the Inbox within Canvas, send a conversation (email) to the instructor (Chris Inman) of this training course (Canvas Basics).
Wait for a reply from the instructor. If notifications are set up properly, the instructor's reply will be sent to GEM (Office 365/Outlook email) and Canvas Inbox. Reply to the email received in GEM and in Canvas. Continue this conversation with the instructor from within GEM and Canvas Inbox to experience how the replies may be initiated in either place.
The Inbox should also contain comments from previously submitted grades. Filter the Inbox to view Submission Comments. Check to see that this conversation is ongoing both in the Inbox and the commenting areas related to the grades. Make replies to comments from within Grades as well as from within Inbox (filter for submission comments). All of these comments will be mirrored in the Inbox and Grades comments.
After a few replies back and forth using Canvas Conversations, Grade Comments, Discussion notifications and so forth, submit any thoughts, comments, or suggestions you may have regarding the Canvas Inbox/Conversations/Outlook/Notifications. Enter comments in the Text Entry box of this assignment.
