GEM Email

Official Jacksonville State University's email system is referred to as "GEM."

Office 365

All students at Jacksonville State University have access to the Microsoft 365 App Suite. Students can access the web versions through their GEM email accounts. Students can also download apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to up to five (5) devices.
